These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at commoninsights.co (the “Site”), operated by Common Insights Inc (“Common Insights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What this covers
These Terms apply to the public website only: its content and the contact form. Any engagement to build custom software is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Common Insights; nothing on this Site is that agreement, and nothing here is an offer that you can accept simply by using the Site.
Use of the Site
You may view and use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
- Submit false information, or submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, or misuse the Site.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to share it. Submitting the form does not create a contract or any obligation on our part to provide services. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, layout, wordmark, and graphics, are owned by Common Insights Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The dashboard screenshots shown are examples of our work. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Site’s content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not professional, financial, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Insights Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and including a link doesn’t imply endorsement.
Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
