This Privacy Policy explains how Common Insights Inc (“Common Insights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit commoninsights.co or contact us through this site.
Who we are
Common Insights Inc is a Wyoming corporation that builds custom marketing and sales attribution software for individual businesses. For any privacy question, email tim@commoninsights.co.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company, approximate monthly marketing spend, and the message describing what you’re looking for. You choose what to send us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data when you load a page (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request) in server logs used to operate and secure the site. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your inquiry, and to follow up about working together.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To comply with legal obligations where they apply.
We do not use your information for automated advertising, and we do not sell it.
How your information is shared
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and content delivery (including the server logs described above).
- Resend: delivers the contact-form submission to us by email.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then delete them when they’re no longer needed. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email tim@commoninsights.co and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple to honor.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy here. If we ever add analytics or cookies, this policy will be updated first to describe them.
